The new program is structured around three main pillars. The first, On-Board, focuses on upgrading cabin services for short-, medium-, and long-haul flights. The second, On-Ground, includes operational and customer service improvements at airports, particularly at Madrid-Barajas, the airline’s main hub for transatlantic connections. The third pillar, On-Airplane, is designed to strengthen maintenance standards and operational efficiency across Air Europa’s fleet, currently composed of Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 737 aircraft. The airline also confirmed that its first Airbus A350-900 aircraft will soon join the fleet, further modernizing its operations and boosting efficiency.

Business Class passengers will be among the primary beneficiaries of the Air Europa ON plan. Improvements include significantly enhanced satellite Wi-Fi connectivity, new premium amenities, and a fully revamped beverage selection. In the near future, Business Class travelers will also gain access to exclusive VIP ground transportation to the aircraft at Madrid-Barajas Airport. Meanwhile, Economy Class services on long-haul flights will be upgraded with expanded meal options and a broader onboard product offering. The airline is also implementing new operational and technological measures aimed at improving punctuality, aircraft maintenance, and onboard comfort. The launch of Air Europa ON coincides with the carrier’s continued expansion strategy, which includes new routes connecting Madrid with Asturias, Seville, Geneva, and Johannesburg, as the airline celebrates its 40th anniversary.
