Through the implementation at Pegasus Airlines, the platform improved the integration between direct and indirect sales channels while creating a more flexible and passenger-focused retailing environment. One of the project’s key achievements was expanding access to ancillary services — such as seat selection, baggage and additional travel products — through indirect distribution channels, which were previously only available via direct sales platforms.
