Lufthansa Group to Adjust Buenos Aires Flights During Ezeiza Airport Renovation Works. Lufthansa Group has announced temporary adjustments to its flight schedule to and from Buenos Aires due to the renovation works planned at Ezeiza International Airport between October 25 and November 11, 2026. The changes respond to operational restrictions that will be in place during the construction period and are intended to minimize the impact on passengers.

As part of its contingency plan, the airline group will offer alternative travel options via Rome in cooperation with ITA Airways. In addition, Lufthansa will increase capacity on its Frankfurt–Rio de Janeiro route, allowing passengers to continue their journey to Buenos Aires through connections with partner airlines. Customers with bookings during the affected period will be notified of any schedule changes and the travel alternatives available to modify their itineraries.

Lufthansa Group also encouraged passengers to ensure that their reservations include up-to-date email addresses and phone numbers to facilitate timely communication regarding any flight changes.
