In addition, the airline will convert its Toronto–Paris and Montreal–Barcelona routes into year-round operations, strengthening its transatlantic network. As part of this expansion, Air Transat continues to grow its operations from Quebec by adding flights to San José and increasing frequencies to Fort-de-France and Cancún. The seasonal Quebec–Nantes route will also be extended through the year-end holiday period, driven by strong demand for European destinations. Meanwhile, from Toronto, the airline is adding the new connection to Fort-de-France, improving access to the French Caribbean. The carrier is also strengthening its footprint in regional markets with new services from London to Puerto Plata and from Charlottetown to Punta Cana, reinforcing its focus on leisure destinations.

Furthermore, Air Transat will resume its flights to Fort Lauderdale during the winter season, offering multiple frequencies from Montreal, Quebec, and Halifax. These additions highlight a broader strategy to strengthen the airline’s presence in Eastern Canada while increasing the availability of direct flights from regional airports. As a result, the airline continues to enhance connectivity, improve flexibility for travelers, and solidify its position in the leisure travel segment.
