The official report indicates that Runway 32 Right was temporarily unavailable due to the presence of another aircraft, which required all incoming traffic to be redirected to Runway 32 Left. This adjustment led to a reduction in speed for the approaching aircraft, decreasing the horizontal separation between the flights involved. However, the authority emphasized that a safe vertical separation was maintained at all times, in accordance with international aviation standards.

In this context, the Lufthansa crew carried out a precautionary go-around maneuver, a standard and widely used procedure in aviation when operational conditions require it. The authority stressed that such actions are part of established safety protocols and should not be interpreted as emergency situations. Finally, the Civil Aviation Authority reiterated that the event was an operational occurrence managed safely and without critical implications. It also urged the public and stakeholders to rely only on official sources to avoid misinformation and unnecessary alarm regarding aviation safety.
