Avianca files for Cartagena–New York route. Avianca has formally applied to expand its international operating permit by adding a new route between Cartagena (CTG) and New York (JFK), with up to seven weekly frequencies. Moreover, the proposal falls under third and fourth freedom traffic rights, allowing Avianca to transport passengers and cargo between both countries.
