Boeing Records Strongest First-Half Deliveries Since 2018. Boeing continued its commercial aviation recovery by delivering 314 aircraft during the first half of 2026, marking the company’s strongest first-half delivery performance since 2018. During June, the U.S. manufacturer delivered 64 aircraft, reflecting steady progress in meeting its production targets and responding to strong global airline demand. Compared with the first six months of 2025, Boeing’s deliveries increased by 12%, reinforcing the positive momentum of its commercial aircraft business.

The 737 family once again led Boeing’s deliveries in June, accounting for 43 aircraft, including 42 Boeing 737 MAX jets and one Next-Generation 737. The 787 Dreamliner program contributed 13 deliveries, while the widebody lineup was completed with five Boeing 767s and three Boeing 777 Freighters, highlighting the continued importance of these aircraft for both passenger and cargo operations.

On the commercial side, Boeing also posted strong sales performance, recording 88 net new orders during June. As a result, the manufacturer accumulated 408 net orders during the first half of the year and increased its order backlog to 6,202 aircraft as of June 30. The sizeable backlog provides a solid production pipeline for the coming years and reflects the continued confidence of airlines and leasing companies in Boeing’s commercial aircraft programs amid growing air travel demand and ongoing fleet renewal efforts worldwide.
