One example presented during the event is the São Paulo–Manaus route, where air transportation allows shipments to reach their destination in approximately three hours, compared with the several days required by ground transportation. GOLLOG’s logistics operation is supported by a fleet of nine dedicated freighters—eight operated in partnership with Mercado Livre and one owned by the company to support peak-demand operations—as well as the cargo capacity available on GOL’s fleet of more than 140 passenger aircraft.
Patricia Bello, Director of GOLLOG, stated that the company’s participation in the forum demonstrates how the combination of connectivity, technology, and operational intelligence helps bring businesses and consumers closer together. Through this strategy, GOLLOG aims to strengthen its position as a key logistics partner for Brazil’s e-commerce industry while supporting the continued expansion of the country’s digital economy.
