Aerosala Opens Its Doors at Carrasco Airport: A New Venue for Events and Entertainment. Aerosala, a new venue for entertainment, corporate events, and gatherings located on the grounds of Carrasco Airport, celebrated its official opening with a full-house event. The project was spearheaded by Aeropuertos Uruguay and is managed by event production company La Guitarrita.

The inauguration evening highlighted the versatile performance capabilities of the new space. Argentine illusionist Adrián Lacroix delivered a magic performance, followed by an acoustic musical set by Christian Cary, with Patricia Wolf closing the evening as guest DJ.
“We are delighted with the opening of Aerosala, an innovative project that expands Carrasco Airport’s offering as a gathering place and venue for memorable experiences. The hall is designed as a versatile space capable of hosting cultural shows, corporate events, product launches, conferences, training sessions, and workshops,” stated Matías Carluccio, Commercial Manager of Aeropuertos Uruguay.
The facility features 161 retractable seats and can accommodate up to 300 people in a standing configuration, according to Rodrigo García, Executive Director of Aerosala. The hall is outfitted with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, a 6 x 3 meter high-definition LED screen, modern dressing rooms, and a climate-controlled glass foyer designed for receptions and networking.

Located directly within Carrasco Airport, the venue simplifies event logistics for international artists and speakers while providing a new cultural and business hub for Ciudad de la Costa, Canelones, Carrasco, and surrounding areas. This launch builds on the collaboration between Aeropuertos Uruguay and La Guitarrita, which began in 2021 with initiatives such as Aero Life.
