Clic Air Opens Flights to La Macarena and Caño Cristales. Colombian regional airline Clic Air has announced the opening of reservations and ticket sales for flights to La Macarena, one of the country’s most iconic nature destinations and the main gateway to Caño Cristales, globally recognized as the “River of Five Colors.” Beginning on June 26, the airline will operate up to three weekly flights from Bogotá’s Puente Aéreo Airport, while also offering connections from cities such as Medellín, Yopal, Neiva, and other regions across Colombia.

The new route strengthens air connectivity to one of Colombia’s most biodiverse ecosystems, especially during the season when Caño Cristales displays the vibrant colors that have made it an internationally renowned tourist attraction. In addition to visiting the famous river, travelers will also have the opportunity to explore other natural attractions in the Sierra de La Macarena region, including Caño Cristalitos, Los Pianos and Los Cuarzos waterfalls, the Eagle Pool, Los Hoyos, the Río Guayabero, and the Raudal de Angosturas.
