To mark the occasion, the airline has customized one of the most advanced aircraft in its fleet, an Airbus A350 Next registered as EC-MYX, featuring a special design and the slogan “One team takes off. The Airbus A350 Next will operate the charter flight carrying the national team on June 5 from Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport to Nashville International Airport. Through this initiative, Iberia aims to transform the aircraft into a symbol of national pride and unity ahead of one of the world’s most important sporting events. Additionally, the airline had already surprised passengers last November on flight IB307 between Madrid and Mexico City by distributing the new official Spain national team jersey onboard.
