Since launching service in 1954, the Dutch carrier has maintained a continuous presence, adapting to the evolution of Peru’s aviation market while strengthening connectivity between Peru, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Over the past seven decades, KLM has witnessed significant changes in the aviation industry and has continuously evolved to meet the needs of Peruvian travelers. Today, the airline operates a daily flight between Lima and Amsterdam, one of Europe’s leading hub airports, offering connections to more than 160 destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. Between January and June 2026, KLM recorded a 12% increase in passenger traffic in Peru compared with the same period in 2025, reflecting growing demand for international travel through its global network.
