Allegiant Expands Leisure Network With Nine New Nonstop Routes to Florida for 2027. Allegiant Travel Company announced the addition of nine new nonstop routes to its network, expanding leisure travel options to Florida. The expansion includes seven hyper-seasonal services designed to serve peak demand during the spring break period of 2027, as well as one year-round route and one seasonal connection to the Orlando area. With this strategy, the low-cost carrier aims to align its capacity with key holiday periods while connecting small and medium-sized U.S. cities directly to popular vacation spots.

Among the new additions, a year-round route between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport will launch on February 12, 2027, while Grand Forks International Airport and Orlando Sanford will be served by a seasonal connection from February 10 to April 17. Furthermore, Boston Logan International Airport will gain flights to Sanford, Punta Gorda Airport, and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, all beginning February 13 and running through April 24. Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport in Providence will add service to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Sanford, and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport over the same period, while Portsmouth International Airport will connect to Fort Lauderdale from February 20 to May 1.

The introduction of these point-to-point services reinforces Allegiant’s business model, which focuses on connecting underserved secondary markets to high-demand leisure destinations. The new flights are available with introductory promotional fares starting at US$49 one-way for the Cincinnati-Orlando route and US$69 between Grand Forks and Sanford. Tickets for all new routes are already on sale, with flight days, schedules, and fares accessible through the carrier’s official platform.
