The carrier is seeking service-oriented professionals trained to ensure operational safety and willing to relocate to any of the airline’s bases across Colombian territory.

Key Responsibilities
- ✈ Operations and Safety: Execute procedures outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual, enforce safety regulations, and respond effectively during routine, contingency, or emergency situations.
- ✈ In-Flight Management: Perform onboard sales following company guidelines and report incidents, non-conformities, or operational issues to the Flight Attendant in Charge (Purser) via official channels.
- ✈ Image and Conduct: Maintain an impeccable personal presentation aligned with the airline’s core values.

Application Requirements
- ✈ Education: Technical degree in Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant studies.
- ✈ Experience: Ideally 6 months of work experience.
- ✈ Language Proficiency: B2 English level or higher.
- ✈ Required Documentation: Updated CV, Colombian citizenship ID (cédula), valid passport, active Cabin Crew License, valid medical certificate, International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, and a Swimming Certificate issued by the Red Cross or National Swimming League. A valid U.S. Visa is preferred.
- ✈ Mobility: Full availability to relocate to any Avianca operational base in Colombia based on operational needs.
