LATAM conectará São Paulo y Cusco sin escalas

LATAM to Launch Non-Stop Service Between São Paulo and Cusco. tarting March 29, 2027, LATAM Airlines Perú will begin operating a new direct route between São Paulo/Guarulhos (GRU) and Cusco (CUZ), allowing Brazilian travelers to reach one of Peru’s primary tourist destinations without connecting through Lima. Tickets for the route will be available starting September 9, 2026, across the airline’s official sales channels.

Flight Operations & Schedules

The service will operate four times weekly using Airbus A320 family aircraft configured with both Premium Economy and Economy cabins. Designed to boost regional integration and simplify access to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, the flights are scheduled as follows:

  • ✈ São Paulo (GRU) to Cusco (CUZ): Flights depart Guarulhos on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 07:40, arriving in Cusco at 10:45.

  • ✈ Cusco (CUZ) to São Paulo (GRU): Return flights depart Cusco on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 23:30, landing in São Paulo at 05:40 the following day.

LATAM’s Expansion in Brazil

The addition of the São Paulo–Cusco flight is part of LATAM’s ongoing network expansion in Brazil, where the group has grown its domestic footprint from 44 to 63 airports since 2019, with plans to serve 67 domestic destinations following the arrival of its Embraer E195-E2 fleet. Internationally, the group’s airlines connect Brazil with over 90 destinations worldwide. With the launch of the Cusco route, LATAM will operate 32 direct international destinations from Brazil.
