The initiatives will roll out during 2027 across Iberia‘s flight network and premium airport lounges. The culinary program will feature specialized menus, tastings, and appetizers crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, spotlighting iconic Spanish staples such as preserved seafood, farm-fresh produce, and extra virgin olive oil.

Beatriz Guillén, Customer Director at Iberia, emphasized that inflight gastronomy acts as a direct bridge connecting international travelers with Spanish culture. Meanwhile, Luis Suárez de Lezo, President of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy, noted that the partnership provides an extraordinary platform to project Spain‘s regional heritage, traditions, and culinary identity worldwide.
