Qatar Airways and LATAM Airlines Colombia Expand Codeshare Agreement from Bogotá. Qatar Airways and LATAM Airlines Colombia have signed a codeshare agreement to significantly enhance connectivity options for passengers traveling from Colombia to the Middle East and Asia via Doha (Qatar). Scheduled to take effect in November 2026, the partnership will link the Colombian carrier’s domestic network with the Qatari airline’s international routes departing Hamad International Airport.

In the initial phase of the agreement, Qatar Airways will place its marketing code on LATAM Airlines Colombia flights departing Bogotá‘s El Dorado International Airport to 17 domestic cities: Armenia, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Leticia, Medellín, Montería, Neiva, Pereira, Pasto, Riohacha, San Andrés, Santa Marta, and Yopal. In turn, travelers from Colombia gain seamless access to Qatar Airways‘ global network of over 160 destinations.

Erika Zarante, CEO of LATAM Airlines Colombia, stated that the alliance provides passengers with a more integrated travel experience and broader global reach. This expansion builds upon the commercial partnership established between Qatar Airways and LATAM Airlines Brasil in 2016, following the Qatari carrier’s launch of direct operations to Bogotá.
