As part of its expansion plans, Air Europa launched the +Air 28 Plan, a transformation program aimed at improving operational efficiency, strengthening profitability, and placing the customer at the center of its operations. The initiative includes projects designed to optimize internal processes, expand the use of data-driven decision-making, and reinforce a management model focused on operational excellence.
