The transaction envisions Sky Airline continuing its operations independently. This structure aims to guarantee strong governance, preserve brand autonomy, and minimize potential impacts on employees, passengers, and commercial partners. With this step, Abra Group seeks to consolidate its economic and operational presence in the Chile and Peru markets, working toward establishing a more integrated air transport network in Latin America.

Both Holger Paulmann, Chairman of Sky Airline, and Adrián Neuhauser, CEO of Abra Group, emphasized that this alliance strengthens the region’s ability to offer a broader and more accessible route network. Although the parties have formally signed the contracts, the final closing of the transaction remains subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions and procedures for this type of corporate transaction.
