A key factor in this operational planning is the status of Matecaña International Airport in Pereira, which remains temporarily closed following the earthquake on August 10. As infrastructure repairs continue, flights are expected to resume in the coming days. For September, Avianca has scheduled 473 flights from Pereira connecting to Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena, and Santa Marta. All figures reflect planned capacity and remain subject to operational conditions across national airports.
