Currently, Aeroméxico operates flights to several South American destinations, including Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, and Argentina. If approved, the Caracas service would become the airline’s tenth route in South America, further strengthening its position in the Latin American market. Additionally, the return of nonstop flights between Mexico City and Caracas would contribute to the gradual recovery of Venezuela’s international air connectivity, as several airlines continue restoring services to the country.
