American Airlines refuerza vuelos entre Dallas y Buenos Aires

American Airlines officially launched its seasonal flights between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas and Ministro Pistarini International Airport in Buenos Aires on May 22, strengthening air connectivity between the United States and Argentina. Through this operation, the airline aims to meet growing passenger demand during the high travel season while providing additional travel options for both leisure and business travelers. The new service also reflects the increasing importance of the Argentine market within the carrier’s South American network.

The airline is scheduled to operate four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays using Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. These aircraft are configured to accommodate 234 passengers across three travel classes, including 20 business class seats, 28 Premium Economy seats, and 186 economy class seats. As a result, American Airlines is offering a balanced product focused on comfort, efficiency, and flexibility for long-haul travelers. Furthermore, the use of the Dreamliner allows the airline to improve fuel efficiency and enhance the onboard experience through modern cabin technology designed for intercontinental flights.

In addition, the flight schedule has been structured to facilitate seamless connections through the airline’s Dallas/Fort Worth hub to destinations across North America and Europe. Flight AA 997 departs Dallas at 6:45 a.m. and arrives in Buenos Aires the following day. Meanwhile, the return service, flight AA 986, leaves Ezeiza at 10:05 p.m. and lands back in Dallas/Fort Worth at 6:55 a.m. the next morning. American Airlines also confirmed that its regular seasonal operations on this route will begin in November using the larger Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, increasing seat capacity and reinforcing the airline’s long-term commitment to the Argentine market.
