Embraer reports record revenue and raises 2026 outlook. The Brazilian manufacturer posted record second-quarter revenue of US$2.2 billion, driven by strong growth across its business units, while raising its full-year profitability and free cash flow targets. Adjusted EBIT reached US$296.9 million, with an adjusted EBIT margin of 13.3%, while adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve totaled US$401 million. Adjusted net income rose to US$218.6 million, compared with US$158 million a year earlier. The strong performance prompted Embraer to upgrade its financial outlook for 2026. The company now expects an adjusted EBIT margin of between 10% and 10.6%, compared with its previous guidance of 8.7% to 9.3%. It also raised its adjusted free cash flow target, excluding Eve, to at least US$400 million, doubling the previous goal of US$200 million.
Defense & Security was among the fastest-growing business areas, generating US$304 million in revenue, up 38% year over year, primarily driven by the KC-390 Millennium program. Executive Aviation generated US$725 million, an increase of 32%, while Services & Support reached US$565 million, up 24%. Commercial Aviation posted revenue of US$625 million, representing an 8% increase from the second quarter of 2025.

Embraer delivered 65 aircraft during the quarter, 7% more than in the same period last year and its strongest second-quarter delivery performance in 16 years. First-half deliveries reached 109 aircraft, compared with 91 in the first six months of 2025. The company’s backlog also reached a record US$34.5 billion, 16% higher than a year earlier and marking its seventh consecutive quarter of backlog growth, reflecting continued strong demand for Embraer aircraft.
