  • ✈ From Vancouver (YVR): The airline is exploring long-haul service expansion to strengthen its gateway position to Asia-Pacific and Latin America, with potential routes to Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Auckland (AKL), and Bogotá (BOG). The proposed Auckland connection is being considered as a year-round service.

  • ✈ From Montreal (YUL): Network planning focuses heavily on transatlantic growth across Europe and the Mediterranean, eyeing destinations such as Shannon (SNN), Barcelona (BCN), Basel (BSL), Olbia (OLB), Dubrovnik (DBV), Tunis (TUN), and Warsaw (WAW).

  • ✈ From Toronto (YYZ): Planning efforts consider entering new long-haul markets in Africa, with potential connections to Accra (ACC) in Ghana and Lagos (LOS) in Nigeria.

Strategic Scope and Planning Status
