The new platform has been developed entirely from scratch as part of the airline’s digital modernization strategy. It will allow passengers to quickly and transparently select additional services during the booking process, giving them full control over their travel experience and enabling each itinerary to be tailored to individual needs. Cathaysa Santana, Marketing and Communications Director at Canaryfly, explained that the design of the new website and app was based on extensive analysis of passenger feedback and real user needs. She highlighted that the platform prioritizes clear navigation, simplifies the booking process, and uses inclusive and accessible language for all users.
Among the key features, the platform includes a redesigned Frequently Asked Questions section and eight specialized contact forms, including dedicated assistance for passengers with special needs. The airline also noted that the platform meets high accessibility standards and has been optimized for mobile devices, recognizing that most users manage their bookings via smartphones and tablets. The new fare structure from Canaryfly will offer several travel options.

The “Con lo Puesto” fare will be the most affordable and includes a personal item and an eight-kilogram cabin bag. The “De LowCos” option adds checked baggage and limited flexibility for schedule changes, while the “FullEquip” fare provides the most complete experience, including seat selection, penalty-free changes, and access to waiting lists. The airline also confirmed that reservations made before May 19 will maintain their original conditions and reaffirmed its commitment to inter-island connectivity through promotional resident fares starting at €5 per segment, excluding taxes and booking fees when purchased at least one month in advance.
