The airport’s network features flights operated by Iberia, Air Europa, Copa Airlines, Paranair, LATAM, GOL, Aerolíneas Argentinas, JetSMART, Avianca, Azul, and SKY Airline, serving Madrid, Panama City, Asunción, Rivera, Santiago, Lima, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá, Recife, Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, and Salvador da Bahia.

To accommodate seasonal holiday demand during the spring break travel period from September 19 to 26, Carrasco International Airport implemented a special operation comprising 24 charter flights to Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Santiago, Salvador da Bahia, Recife, and Rio de Janeiro, operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas, SKY Airline, and JetSMART.

To support the seasonal passenger surge, the terminal offers enhanced passenger amenities, including a multi-level covered Indoor Parking facility, the AeroShop digital platform, the free Express Pass virtual queuing system for security screening, and 12 automated Self Bag Drop kiosks currently serving LATAM and GOL passengers. Furthermore, the airport integrates accessibility solutions such as NaviLens for visually impaired travelers and the Sunflower program for non-visible disabilities, alongside family services and an expanded food and beverage offer.
