LATAM Expands Flights Between Argentina and Northeastern Brazil for the Summer Season. LATAM Airlines Brasil will strengthen its presence in the Argentine market during the upcoming summer season with the launch of two new direct routes between Buenos Aires and northeastern Brazil. The airline announced that it will operate seasonal flights to Natal and Maceió between December 2026 and February 2027, expanding travel options for Argentine passengers seeking beach destinations during the holiday period. The move responds to growing demand for Brazilian destinations and further reinforces tourism flows between the two countries, one of the most significant travel markets in the region.

The new route between Buenos Aires/Ezeiza and Natal will operate three times per week on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, while flights to Maceió will also be offered three times weekly on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. In addition, LATAM will significantly increase its capacity to Recife, expanding service from one to four weekly frequencies during the same period. These operations will complement the airline’s existing daily flights between Buenos Aires and Florianópolis, one of the most popular summer routes for Argentine tourists. LATAM will also continue operating its regular services to Rio de Janeiro from both Ezeiza and Aeroparque airports.

Through its major hubs in São Paulo, Santiago de Chile, and Lima, LATAM provides access to more than 160 destinations across 28 countries. The strengthening of the airline’s network comes at a time of increasing bilateral tourism demand, driven by a growing number of travelers between Argentina and Brazil. Tickets for the new routes will be available for purchase in the coming days through LATAM’s official sales channels and authorized travel agencies.
