During the quarter, LATAM increased its capacity by 10.4% and carried 22.9 million passengers, representing a 9.1% year-over-year growth. This expansion was primarily driven by strong international demand and the domestic performance of its Brazilian operations, leading to a consolidated load factor of 85.3%. Meanwhile, the group’s cargo affiliates transported more than 250,000 tons, playing a leading role in the flower export season from Colombia and Ecuador to the United States. In addition, adjusted EBITDA reached $1.315 billion, demonstrating disciplined commercial execution despite a $40 million impact from higher fuel prices.

However, amid ongoing market volatility, LATAM updated its 2026 guidance, revising assumptions for fuel costs and exchange rates. The airline now expects adjusted EBITDA between $3.8 billion and $4.2 billion, while maintaining strong liquidity above $4.1 billion.
